1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or participating in the Entertainment IP Summit (“the Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you (“the Attendee”) and the Event Organisers: DV4 and Calico Media Interactive Ltd (“the Organisers”).
2. Registration & Access
Registration is required to access the Event.
The Event is hosted virtually. Access credentials will be provided upon successful registration.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at their discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
All content presented during the Event, including but not limited to presentations, recordings, and materials, is the intellectual property of the Organisers or their respective contributors.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Event content without prior written consent.
4. Data Protection & Privacy
By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of Event administration, communication, and follow-up.
Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
5. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the Event.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event.
6. Technical Requirements
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity to access the virtual Event.
The Organisers are not liable for technical issues experienced by Attendees.
7. Changes to the Event
The Organisers reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, content, speakers, or platform at any time.
Any significant changes will be communicated to registered Attendees in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Organisers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event.
The Event is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
